Other services provided by the Conciergerie



Services to be paid by the owner: ✓ Writing and provision of a personalized welcome booklet in French (Internal rules, useful information, instructions, sites of interest, good addresses, events, etc...) to consult on site. ✓ Writing a satisfaction questionnaire, processing and reporting of the information collected. ✓ Establishment of the inventory (furniture, objects, utensils, linens). Price according to the area of the accommodation and the number of rooms ✓ Web search and printing of instructions/instructions for use of household appliances. ✓ Opening or closing of a dwelling outside the period of occupancy, monitoring, watering plants, taking mail, taking water meters and Edf if accessible. ✓ Maintenance of upholstery such as carpets, curtains, pillows to wash in dry cleaning/ laundry. Price according to the number of items + invoice pressing/ laundry. ✓ Organization and supervision of the maintenance household outside the period of occupancy (1 time/month). ✓ Intervention with professionals for maintenance (DIY, plumbing, electricity, swimming pool, deliveries, etc...).
